• We do not own or control the third-party websites where links are placed

6.2 No Guarantee of Results

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT: (a) We do not guarantee any specific SEO results, search engine rankings, traffic increases, or business outcomes from link building services; (b) Search engine algorithms are controlled by third parties and may change at any time; (c) The effectiveness of backlinks varies based on many factors outside our control; (d) We are not responsible for any changes to your website's search rankings, whether positive or negative.

6.3 Link Permanence

While we strive to secure permanent link placements, we cannot guarantee that links will remain active indefinitely. Third-party website owners may remove, modify, or change links at their discretion. We are not liable for links that are removed by third parties after placement.

6.4 Refund Policy for Link Building

Due to the nature of link building services, orders are generally non-refundable once work has begun. This includes but is not limited to:

• Orders where outreach to third-party websites has commenced
• Orders where content creation has begun
• Orders where links have been placed, regardless of subsequent removal by third parties

If we are unable to fulfill an order (e.g., cannot secure any placements), we will provide a full refund or credit at our discretion. Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for partially completed orders.

6.5 Your Responsibilities

• You must have the right to promote the target URL you provide
• You are responsible for ensuring your website complies with search engine guidelines
• You acknowledge that link building is one of many SEO factors and results vary
• You agree not to hold us liable for any penalties or ranking changes from search engines

7. Free Trial and Free Plan

We may offer free trials or a free plan with limited features. Free plans may be modified or discontinued at any time. We reserve the right to limit or terminate free accounts that abuse the service.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NK Hardware LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

9. Data and Content

The data we provide is sourced from publicly available information on the internet. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any data. You are responsible for how you use the information provided.
